The Mission
Our mission is to connect people with Jesus Christ. This connection occurs through authentic relationships built during our time of worship, the study of Scripture, and Christian fellowship. Together we share in the mission of Jesus' Church, to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you."
The Vision
The vision of Bethany Church is to be an authentic Christian community as we create disciples through our worship and service. As we are reminded in James 1:22, we are to hear the word and do the word.
This is accomplished through our goal of W+2+T, worship plus 2 and a tithe. We worship together, engage in 2 ministries (one that feeds our spirit and one that feeds someone else's spirit), and tithe for the ministries of Christ's church.

What We Believe
The Inspiration of the Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16.
The Person of Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully human and fully God (divine). Although Christ’s humanity has a beginning, His divinity has always existed. John 1:1, 14

The Virgin Birth
Jesus’ mother, Mary, was a virgin at the time she conceived Christ through the Holy Spirit. Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:18
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is a member of the Godhead. The Godhead is: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost). The Holy Spirit is eternal, all-powerful, present, and all-knowing. The Holy Spirit is “God in us”.
The Trinity
We believe in one God. The one God is Father (2 Peter 1:17), Son (John 1:14), and Holy Spirit (Luke 1:35). The three “separate and distinct” persons are the one God – equal in substance, power, and glory.
The Bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ was literally resurrected from the dead. Jesus died upon the cross at Calvary, but on the third day He physically rose from the dead. (Luke 24:1-6)
Jesus will come again
Jesus ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. We place our trust and confidence in the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who alone, once and forever, will restore true peace and order to a broken world. (Mark 16:19, Revelation 22:12)
Salvation through Christ Alone
There is no other way for one to enter heaven except through the doorway of Jesus Christ. (John 14:6)
